MAN Truck & Bus Vertrieb Österreich GesmbH is looking for a Trainee Business Development to join a 15-month trainee program designed to drive the transformation of the commercial vehicle industry into the digital world. You will gain deep insights into various areas of MAN Truck & Bus and the TRATON Group, with a focus on the Business Unit MAN Engines, which handles global sales of engines, batteries, and components.
What You'll Do
- Gain comprehensive insights into various areas of MAN Truck & Bus and the TRATON Group during the 15-month program.
- Work on interfaces within a large, globally active group of companies.
- Advance our truck program of the future with your ideas.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues from Strategy, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Legal.
- Play a key role in shaping new processes, supporting strategy implementation, and driving cooperation business.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent completion of a Master's/Diploma in International Business Administration, (Industrial) Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Wide range of practical experience through industrial internships or working student activities, preferably in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or Project Management.
- At least 3 months of experience abroad to strengthen intercultural competence.
- Independent, creative, and committed way of working.
- High motivation and willingness to learn as a team player in an international environment.
- Enthusiasm for innovations and future trends in the commercial vehicle industry.
- Fluent language skills in German and English.
