Responsibilities
- Monitor traffic incidents across North America using cutting-edge technology
- Curate traffic incidents quickly and efficiently
- Support a 24-hour Traffic Operations Center
Requirements
- Reliable and motivated
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of online mapping applications
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Local candidate within 50 miles of Philadelphia
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in traffic, mapping, or dispatch
Work Arrangement
Remote (City/Region)
Additional Information
- This position could be full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (15-30 hours per week), depending on the candidate
- Flexible schedules available with shifts starting as early as 5:30am and ending as late as 9:30pm
- Shifts available on weekdays and weekends
- Non-traditional shifts due to real-time traffic monitoring
- Hiring for all shifts
- Local candidates (within 50 miles of Philadelphia) only
