British American Tobacco (BAT) is hiring a Traditional Trade Development Junior Manager in Warsaw. In this role, you will support the growth of BAT’s Traditional Trade channel by helping build long‑term commercial strategies and driving projects that improve sales efficiency. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams to enhance trade marketing tools, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute to building a high‑performing team.
What You'll Do
- Plan and deliver medium- and long-term strategies for the Traditional Trade channel.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business goals.
- Improve trade marketing tools to grow sales.
- Lead specific projects within the Traditional Trade channel to make sales more effective.
- Set and track targets for the channel and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate team work, set priorities, and help team members develop their skills.
What We're Looking For
- University degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Traditional Trade or commercial/sales projects.
- Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with different teams such as Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and practical knowledge of tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Creativity to design new trade marketing ideas.
- Experience managing a team, with excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Polish (spoken and written).
