Taurus SA is looking for a Head of Trading Sales & Distribution to join our team in Geneva, Lausanne, or Zurich. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling regulated digital asset trading services, specifically our TDX platform, to institutional clients. Your core focus will be onboarding new clients and generating significant trading volume.
What You'll Do
- Proactively build a pipeline and prospect new institutional clients, including banks, securities firms, asset managers, corporations, and HNWIs.
- Own the full sales process: qualify deals, coordinate RFI/RFPs, manage sales meetings, and negotiate the closing of new client contracts.
- Ensure rapid and frictionless client onboarding in collaboration with support teams for KYC and trading connectivity setup.
- Manage the existing client base to ensure high satisfaction and active platform usage.
- Coordinate with the Product team for sales handover and to communicate product feedback.
- Propose new sales ideas, strategies, and campaigns.
- Represent Taurus at events and conferences, contribute to marketing and PR efforts, build partnerships, and monitor the competitor landscape.
What We're Looking For
- 5-10 years of experience in trading and brokerage sales within the financial services industry (e.g., with a broker or an exchange).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or economics.
- A solid and diversified book of clients, with proven experience building a strong pipeline and managing the full sales lifecycle.
- Strong interest and knowledge in digital assets.
- Good knowledge of finance, capital markets, and relevant financial promotion and cross-border rules.
- A dynamic, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Availability to travel extensively to visit clients on-site.
- Fluent in English.
