Havas Play Ltd is seeking a Media Performance Trader to join a temporary project. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns focused on performance. You will be instrumental in ensuring investment efficiency and meeting the project's key objectives.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute performance campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, and TikTok Ads.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets to ensure efficient use of investment.
• Implement bidding strategies focused on conversions, CPA, ROAS, and other key KPIs.
• Perform constant data-driven optimizations on targeting, creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding.
• Monitor results in real-time and make adjustments to maximize performance.
• Generate performance reports and present actionable insights to the team and clients.
• Configure conversion events, tracking, and tagging using tools like Google Tag Manager and Meta Events Manager.
• Ensure best practices for tracking, measurement, and traffic quality.
• Coordinate with creative, data, and strategy teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Stay current with advertising trends, new tools, and platform changes.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience managing performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads is required.
• Knowledge of performance metrics, conversion funnels, and attribution models.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking platforms.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Analytical ability, results-oriented thinking, and data-driven decision-making.

Nice to Have

• Experience with other platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, or Programmatic.
• Experience using Google Tag Manager and knowledge of CRO principles.
