Responsibilities
- Work on cutting-edge trademark issues for name-brand clients
- Manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios
- Handle complex, high-level U.S. and international trademark clearance
- Handle complex prosecution matters
Requirements
- At least 3 years of direct trademark experience with clearance and prosecution
- Fluency in speaking and writing both Spanish and English
- Experience in managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios
- Specific experience in complex, high-level U.S. and international trademark clearance
- Complex prosecution experience
- JD or LLM degree
- Barred in resident state
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills
- Highly organized
- Detail oriented
- Self-motivated
- Ability to manage a high-volume docket
Nice to Have
- Experience working with entertainment companies
