This role supports the improvement of back-office operations by documenting processes, identifying inefficiencies, and creating scalable, audit-ready workflows in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Document current back-office procedures across key operational areas
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and confirm workflow accuracy
- Develop detailed process maps and flowcharts for both current and future states
- Identify areas of inefficiency, redundancy, or control weaknesses in existing processes
- Support the creation of standardized operating procedures
- Help design and carry out test plans for system or process updates
- Organize and facilitate working sessions to refine requirements and verify outputs
- Track feedback, revisions, and approvals throughout documentation and testing phases
- Ensure processes are well-documented, scalable, and prepared for audits
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of deconstructing complex processes into clear, structured steps
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly in documentation
- Comfortable leading discussions with stakeholders to gather information
- Detail-focused with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro
- Exposure to quality assurance concepts or testing methodologies
- Interest in operations, process improvement, or continuous improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma
