Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (RBH), a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, is hiring a Trade Marketing Manager. This role interacts with all key functional business areas, with a primary focus on working with Business Development Managers to track and manage Field Sales trade programs and activities.
What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of assigned brand/category trade support and act as the main point of contact for Field Sales, Marketing, and other pertinent departments.
- Administer, track, and approve all elements of trade funding.
- Support all trade elements of new item launches and cultivate new trade programs.
- Lead the development, publication, and implementation of the annual Chain Account & Independent OTPA, including sales support tools.
- Work with Marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that exploit opportunities and enhance selling activities.
- Provide analysis to efficiently allocate resources and develop, analyze, and prioritize business investment and cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide competitive intelligence to proactively refine go-to-market strategies.
- Play a key role in the roll-out of new products, line extensions, and major regional sales initiatives.
- Play a major role in the Annual Budgeting process and in monthly/quarterly Trade Marketing Financial Forecasts.
- Complete 90-day rolling forecasts for Monthly Close submission to senior management.
- Play an active role in the development and enhancement of the Total Trade Funds Management System.
- Initiate Field Sales and Customer engagement via customer appointments and retail field visits.
What We're Looking For
- A college degree in business, finance, economics, or marketing.
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
- Sales and/or Trade Marketing experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and management skills.
- Strong financial skills and the ability to penetrate all levels of the organization.
- Project management skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments with a high degree of accuracy.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

- Compensation range: $114,400 - $143,000.
