Cytiva, a Danaher company, is hiring a Senior Trade Compliance Analyst to manage daily operational functions and drive special projects. You will assist the Global Trade Compliance Manager in streamlining processes and developing compliance modules. This fully remote position reports to the Global Export Manager as part of the Global Trade Compliance team.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and interpret global export/import regulations, maintaining current knowledge of changes.
- Develop and implement best practices across departments to prevent trade disruptions and create lean approaches.
- Manage quarterly transfer pricing adjustments and act as a transfer pricing champion.
- Assist with the Global Trade Compliance automation program.
- Assist the Senior Trade Compliance Specialist in monitoring inbound US import shipments via customs broker.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
- A strong understanding of US Customs and Import Laws and Regulations (CFR 19).
- Knowledge of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
- Experience providing Harmonized Tariff schedule numbers, FDA, and USDA information to clear shipments through U.S. Customs.
- Ability to manage all Partner Government Agencies to ensure timely product release.
- Experience in customs broker management and optimization.
