Arch is hiring a TPA Management Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Handle assigned Third Party Administrator relationships with independence and accountability
  • Resolve performance concerns with TPAs in coordination with internal teams such as Claims, Finance, IT, Legal, and Underwriting
  • Work alongside internal stakeholders to detect inefficiencies and improve operational workflows
  • Respond to daily inquiries and manage ongoing issues from TPAs and internal departments
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of prospective TPAs before engagement
  • Lead the multi-phase onboarding process for newly approved TPAs
  • Support special projects as needed by leadership or business demands
  • Carry out yearly performance assessments, PWC audits, and other critical initiatives for managed TPAs
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to new team members
  • Perform additional tasks as required by management
