Responsibilities
- Handle assigned Third Party Administrator relationships with independence and accountability
- Resolve performance concerns with TPAs in coordination with internal teams such as Claims, Finance, IT, Legal, and Underwriting
- Work alongside internal stakeholders to detect inefficiencies and improve operational workflows
- Respond to daily inquiries and manage ongoing issues from TPAs and internal departments
- Conduct thorough evaluations of prospective TPAs before engagement
- Lead the multi-phase onboarding process for newly approved TPAs
- Support special projects as needed by leadership or business demands
- Carry out yearly performance assessments, PWC audits, and other critical initiatives for managed TPAs
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to new team members
- Perform additional tasks as required by management
