We are searching for an exceptional Sales Manager / Product Trainer & IT Specialist to propel commercial expansion and deliver technical excellence across Norway or Finland. This hybrid role combines strategic sales management, technological proficiency, and educational leadership, focusing on driving revenue while ensuring customers receive exceptional value through expert guidance and seamless digital integration.
What You'll Do
In this dynamic position, you'll merge commercial strategy with technical expertise and customer training to strengthen market positioning and client satisfaction:
• Develop and execute territory business plans to exceed sales targets
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with healthcare institutions
• Lead customer meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations
• Deliver professional product and software training
• Serve as a product knowledge expert and trainer
• Provide comprehensive IT support and integration services
• Advise on data management and cybersecurity protocols
• Represent the organization at national and international events
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes

• Advanced IT knowledge in Windows, SQL Server, network configurations
• Understanding of data security and clinical IT standards
• Event and conference participation experience
• English fluency with willingness to travel
