Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to shape content strategies that support brand standards and business targets such as vehicle usage, membership expansion, income growth, and profit margins.
- Design, film, and oversee on-location content during events, guest experiences, and studio sessions.
- Track the event schedule to independently identify and cover opportunities that match content objectives.
- Distribute content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Line for both automotive brands.
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with strategic goals to ensure consistent and compelling messaging.
- Post daily social media stories to sustain audience engagement and visibility.
- Release multiple short-form posts per week on each platform, following finalized frequency guidelines.
- Produce long-form YouTube videos for both brands, with posting rhythm defined by strategy.
- Supervise remote video editors to streamline production and improve workflow efficiency.
- Work with drivers to collect footage from bookings when not present, ensuring timely delivery for social content.
- Process and transfer media from cameras promptly after each use.
- Organize all content in a structured Dropbox system sorted by date and event.
- Oversee the storage, location, and transport of all audiovisual and camera gear provided by Club Velocita K.K.
- Write scripts and content outlines for long-form YouTube videos and narrated short-form content.
- Compose polished, captivating captions for all social media publications.
- Research vehicles and related topics to support accurate and compelling content.
- Study industry developments to guide content planning and stay ahead of trends.
- Develop detailed content plans for every shoot and event, shared with the team for coordination.
