ARC Health Partners is looking for a TMS Coordinator I to serve as a key leader in our clinic, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while supporting patients through their care journey. This role blends administrative excellence, patient engagement, and leadership presence.
What You'll Do
- Greet and support patients throughout their visits with warmth and professionalism.
- Collect and manage patient payments using Transaction Express, including setting up recurring payment plans.
- Process New Patient Packets (NPP) and collect required documentation and signatures.
- Maintain clinic inventory, order supplies, and keep the clinic environment clean and organized.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-ups with accuracy and urgency.
- Perform regular chart audits and assist with administrative provider documentation.
- Monitor and report patient concerns, care feedback, and operational issues to leadership.
- Encourage patients to leave Google reviews to support clinic awareness.
- Assist with TMS equipment setup and provide treatment coverage as needed.
- Support technicians with clinical flow and ensure sessions run smoothly.
- Act as a leader within your clinic, setting a tone of accountability, professionalism, and positivity.
- Serve as a resource for clinic teammates and assist with onboarding new staff.
- Foster a culture of compassion, communication, and collaboration—supporting both patients and peers.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a dynamic, patient-facing environment.
- Tech-savvy and confident using electronic health systems and payment platforms.
- A commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or medical office setting is highly valued.
