About the Role
The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, noninvasive mental health treatments by supporting patients, managing administrative workflows, and contributing to a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with empathy and professionalism during each visit.
- Handle patient payments using Transaction Express, including establishing recurring payment schedules.
- Process New Patient Packets and gather necessary documentation and signatures, such as release of information forms.
- Keep clinic supplies stocked, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, organized treatment environment.
- Schedule patient sessions accurately and follow up promptly to ensure continuity of care.
- Conduct routine chart reviews and support providers with administrative documentation needs.
- Report patient feedback, care concerns, and operational issues to management in a timely manner.
- Encourage satisfied patients to share their experiences through Google reviews to enhance community visibility.
- Assist with setting up TMS equipment and provide treatment coverage when necessary, with full training provided.
- Support clinical staff with patient flow to ensure efficient and effective treatment sessions.
- Demonstrate leadership by promoting accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude within the clinic.
- Act as a go-to resource for team members and help onboard new hires.
- Promote a workplace culture rooted in compassion, open communication, and teamwork for both patients and colleagues.
