Time Doctor is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our workforce analytics platform. You will translate product capabilities into clear market positioning and ensure new features are successfully launched, adopted, and understood by target buyers.
What You'll Do
- Act as a strategic partner to Product from discovery through launch, bringing market intelligence, buyer context, and competitive insight into roadmap discussions.
- Lead cross-functional GTM planning for new features and major releases, ensuring Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success are aligned and equipped from day one.
- Define launch messaging, enablement materials, and campaign inputs while building GTM strategies that support both sales-led and product-led growth motions.
- Own Time Doctor’s product positioning and messaging framework, ensuring it remains clear, differentiated, and grounded in real buyer needs.
- Translate product capabilities into outcome-focused narratives tailored to different personas, industries, and buying stages.
- Ensure messaging is consistent across launches, campaigns, sales materials, and product pages on the website in partnership with content, digital, and product teams.
- Contribute to pricing and packaging conversations alongside Revenue leadership, Product and Finance.
- Equip Sales with the tools they need to win, including battlecards, competitive objection guides, and product narratives.
- Use real sales conversations and call data to continuously refine messaging and positioning.
- Support competitive deal cycles with timely intelligence and insights that help the sales team win.
- Strengthen how Time Doctor’s value is communicated in the sales process to support pipeline growth.
- Partner with Product and Customer Success to ensure new features are clearly positioned for customer adoption and expansion opportunities.
- Develop messaging that helps customers understand the value of new capabilities across onboarding, upgrades, and product-led growth initiatives.
- Analyze customer feedback and product usage data to identify adoption patterns and highlight where messaging or enablement needs to improve.
- Develop deep expertise in our buyers, their purchasing process, and the criteria used to evaluate workforce analytics platforms.
- Own win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence, turning findings into actionable insights for product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Monitor trends shaping workforce analytics, productivity insights, and distributed work so Time Doctor’s narrative stays ahead of the market.
- Synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and sales insights into messaging and GTM opportunities.
- Use AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance product marketing workflows while maintaining an experimentation mindset.
