Tietoevry Banking is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Loans team and shape the future of loan and credit solutions. What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver high-quality business requirements for loan and credit solutions.
- Balance business needs with technical solutions to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Prepare clear specifications and documentation for both business and IT teams.
- Validate development results against specified needs and requirements.
- Focus on process improvement and agile working methodology.
What We're Looking For
- Expertise in banking and knowledge of credit processes or deposit solutions.
- Strong business understanding and experience with loan processes or deposit solutions.
- Structured, analytical approach to understanding complex problems.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and focus on delivering quality.
- Flexible, independent, and motivated by achieving good results.
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and oral.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience with requirements specification and documentation.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a similar role within the bank or finance sector.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
