Tahaluf is seeking a Senior Investor Startup Executive to play a key role in curating and managing the journey of founders at LEAP. This position ensures a seamless, engaging, and impactful experience from registration through on-site participation, sitting at the intersection of operations, partnerships, and community engagement.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end founder journey, from onboarding to post-event follow-up.
- Support and execute engagement features such as matchmaking, founder meetups, networking sessions, roundtables, and community activations.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to enhance the founder ticket experience, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and aligned with event goals.
- Track and analyze founder participation data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Support the creation of founder guides, communications, and engagement materials across events.
- Coordinate the founder ticket approval process, working closely with registration and customer service teams.
- Ensure accurate tracking of all startup and founder participants in the database.
- Maintain oversight of ticket allocations, ensuring transparency, quality, and data accuracy across all events.
- Act as the main point of contact for founders requiring assistance with registration, access, or participation details.
- Work with ecosystem partners (accelerators, incubators, government programs, VCs) to identify and onboard high-potential founders.
- Support pre-event and on-site activations integrate founders into networking events, mentorship programs, and matchmaking activities.
- Maintain updated dashboards and reports to track founder participation, satisfaction, and engagement outcomes.
- Provide weekly status updates to the Startup Program Manager, highlighting challenges and new ideas.
- Support logistics and coordination for startup-related programming (bootcamps, masterclasses, networking events).
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in startup programs, events, community management, or partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the startup and investment ecosystem, preferably in MENA.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills (English required).
Nice to Have
- Arabic language skills are a plus.

You will report directly to the Startup Program Manager.
