About the Role

Chime is looking for a Ticketing Member to join our luxury travel team. You will be responsible for issuing flight bookings accurately and on time using the Sabre GDS, verifying all details before confirming tickets. This role supports our mission to make first-class travel accessible.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs) in Sabre.
  • Price itineraries using fare pricing tools and stored quotes.
  • Issue electronic tickets (e-tickets) across different Pseudo City Codes (PCCs).
  • Process ticket exchanges and reissues, applying correct fare differences and fees.
  • Handle ticket voids and refunds following airline rules.
  • Work the queue in Sabre, ensuring no task sits unacknowledged for more than 30 minutes.
  • Monitor active holds and alert your Team Lead of anything expiring within 3 hours.
  • Verify every detail in the PNR before issuing any ticket.
  • Confirm ticket number, fare details, and conditions are recorded in the booking database.
  • Double-check your own work before marking any booking as complete.
  • Coordinate with the Client Service team for urgent holds or last-minute fare approvals.
  • Hand off issued tickets to the Trip Fulfillment team.
  • Escalate system errors, data mismatches, or VIP issues to your Team Lead immediately.

What We're Looking For

  • Sabre GDS proficiency: ability to work in Sabre's command-line environment independently.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Sabre ticketing experience in a travel agency, airline, tour operator, or travel management company.
  • Solid understanding of fare rules and how to apply them when issuing, changing, or refunding tickets.
  • Strong attention to passenger data accuracy.
  • Ability to work at a consistent pace while maintaining accuracy during busy periods.
  • Habit of communicating proactively and flagging issues to your Team Lead early.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with award or points-redemption ticketing in Sabre.
  • Background in luxury hospitality or high-end travel service.
  • Familiarity with task management tools or booking record systems.
  • Genuine interest in frequent flyer programs and airline loyalty points.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with a Ticketing Team Lead who assigns work and handles escalations, reporting directly to them.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $600 – $800/month USD

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in India or the Philippines.
