Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in technical or scientific field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of demonstrated success in medical device industry driving sales, clinical utilization and new therapy product adoption
- Demonstrated success in new therapy launches, therapy development, key account management and reimbursement fundamentals
- Experience teaching and educating medical personnel, peers and technical support personnel
- Prior experience in surgical setting preferably with high value single use devices used in interventional and/or ablation procedures
- Proven ability to drive strategic sales discussion and influence executive stakeholders inside and outside of accounts
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support, ensuring seamless integration of nPulse Vybrance procedures and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to physicians, management, and large groups
- Skilled in clinical data collection in a controlled and pilot environment
- Thorough understanding of Company products and the ability to effectively communicate their attributes, qualities, marketing messaging, and value propositions
- Strong leadership skills and proven track record of high performing team contributions
- Positive attitude and a passion for working in the minimally invasive field
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent Pulse Biosciences with integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism at all times
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various software programs, including SalesForce.com
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as critical thinking abilities
- Valid driver's license issued by the individual's state of residence, with a good driving record
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, exercising good judgment, taking initiative to accomplish short and long-term projects, and making recommendations with minimal direction
- Strong team player with multitasking abilities and flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and requirements in a dynamic, fast-growing company
- Ability to lift 10-15 pounds
