Abbott is hiring a Therapy Business Manager for its GI Prospera portfolio in the Bhopal territory. This role is responsible for driving business generation and achieving sales targets while building strong customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets by promoting Abbott products ethically as per the business plan.
- Ensure you meet the required Doctor/Customer Call average as per the division's customer management plan.
- Organize Camps (CME) aligned with division strategy and customer needs.
- Facilitate the successful launch of new products.
- Create and maintain an updated customer list specific to the therapy and product focus of the division.
- Ensure Ipad adoption and adherence to CLM calls as per division norms.
- Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands as well as competitor brands.
- Generate POBs (Prescription Order Books) for Abbott brands according to the business plan.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy (BSc/B.Pharm), or any relevant graduate degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Medical Representative.
Nice to Have
- Prior or current experience working in the same therapy area (Gastrointestinal / GI).
- Experience from multinational corporations (MNC) or top Indian pharmaceutical companies.
- Fluent and confident communication skills.
Technical Stack
- Ipad for conducting CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) calls.
Team & Environment
You will be part of Abbott's Sales Force.
Work Mode
This position is based locally in India and operates in a remote capacity for the Bhopal territory.
