Centerstone is hiring a Therapist CCBHC Sign On Bonus

Centerstone is seeking a Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups, with a focus on promoting mental health, wellness, and recovery. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary CCBHC team to develop and implement comprehensive, tailored treatment plans.

What You'll Do

• Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties.
• Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team and community referral sources.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
• Meet billable hour productivity standards.
• Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
• Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.
• Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Must have an active Three or Four letter associate license or be Indiana license eligible.

Nice to Have

• Three to five years’ experience in a behavioral health environment.
• Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions.

Team & Environment

You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary CCBHC team onsite.

• Compensation range: $60,000 - $90,000 (with detailed ranges for license types)
