Centerstone is seeking a Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups, with a focus on promoting mental health, wellness, and recovery. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary CCBHC team to develop and implement comprehensive, tailored treatment plans.
What You'll Do
- Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties.
- Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team and community referral sources.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
- Meet billable hour productivity standards.
- Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
- Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.
- Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Must have an active Three or Four letter associate license or be Indiana license eligible.
Nice to Have
- Three to five years’ experience in a behavioral health environment.
- Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions.

- Compensation range: $60,000 - $90,000 (with detailed ranges for license types)
