Responsibilities
- Deliver individual therapy sessions via secure video platforms
- Conduct initial clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams as needed
- Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations
- Engage in regular supervision and professional development
- Respond to patient communications within defined timeframes
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Uphold compliance with state licensing requirements
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Support patient engagement and retention strategies
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary
- Coordinate care with external providers when appropriate
- Follow clinical protocols and organizational policies
Nice to Have
- Experience in cognitive behavioral therapy
- Training in trauma-informed care
- Bilingual abilities
- Prior telehealth experience
