About the Role
This role leads therapeutic operations in the Benelux region, aligning internal teams and external partners to support the successful delivery of gene therapy programs from development through commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional therapeutic operations strategy and implementation
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams
- Ensure alignment of local operations with global program objectives
- Manage relationships with key regional stakeholders and treatment centers
- Support market access and reimbursement initiatives specific to Benelux
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Act as primary point of contact for regional operational matters
- Oversee site readiness and activation for gene therapy delivery
- Facilitate training and education for healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
- Drive adoption of therapy protocols across treatment networks
- Collaborate with supply chain to ensure product availability
- Support patient identification and referral pathways
- Contribute to regional budget planning and forecasting
- Lead operational risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Provide input on regional business development opportunities
- Ensure data collection and reporting meet program requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local healthcare landscapes
- Support regulatory submissions with operational insights
- Champion patient-centric processes across all activities
- Coordinate with medical affairs on educational initiatives
