Tether Operations Limited is hiring a Contracts Manager to oversee and manage the preparation and negotiation of a diverse range of commercial agreements supporting our global business lines. You will be a key player in a pioneering company built on transparency and fast growth, working with a lean, global team.
What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee direct reports working on negotiating commercial agreements.
- Act as an escalation point for direct reports and business line clients.
- Manage and oversee the legal engagement processes.
- Find and implement process efficiencies.
- Identify and mitigate or escalate legal risks.
- Act as a liaison between various stakeholder groups and the business line in connection with shaping and preparing commercial agreements.
