We are looking for a dedicated CX Project Manager to oversee customer experience projects centered on CCaaS technology. In this role, you will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial planning through deployment and evaluation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and execution of CCaaS-based customer service solutions
- Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery timelines
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, clients, and internal departments
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and enhance the overall customer journey
