Responsibilities

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Conduct psychological assessments for a diverse client population.
- Develop and implement testing protocols tailored to individual client needs.
- Consult with other healthcare providers to integrate testing results into overall care plans.
- Provide culturally sensitive and inclusive psychological services.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing and treatment interventions.
- Document all testing procedures and outcomes in client files.
- Adhere to confidentiality and privacy regulations.
- Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in psychological testing.
- Provide support and guidance to clients and their families.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
