As a Solutions Architect at TestBox, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of customer demo and proof-of-concept (POC) environments, from kickoff to delivery. You will act as a trusted technical consultant, designing compelling customer narratives and leveraging AI tools to innovate and accelerate workflows in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end implementation of customer demo and POC environments—from kickoff through delivery.
- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retros; communicate blockers and drive timelines forward.
- Collaborate across customer engineering, solutions, and product teams to ensure smooth handoffs and clear technical execution.
- Help customers craft compelling demo narratives grounded in real-world buyer personas, workflows, and industry context.
- Design fictional yet realistic companies and user journeys to simulate how the product solves specific problems.
- Advise on best practices for demo structure, content pacing, and emotional resonance.
- Configure CRM, support, or comms tools with customized fields, workflows, and industry templates.
- Simulate real user behavior using automation, time-based triggers, and behavioral scripting. (We integrate AI-powered interactions where relevant to enhance realism)
- Leverage AI tools (including LLMs like OpenAI and Anthropic, automation platforms) to speed up data generation, ticket writing, and documentation.
- Continuously explore ways to innovate and disrupt traditional workflows using AI—TestBox is built on this mindset.
- Create detailed technical tickets and documentation to support repeatable environment setup and engineering handoffs.
- Maintain internal knowledge resources for templates, industry scenarios, and technical edge cases.
What We're Looking For
- You’re fluent in english.
- You’re resourceful, autonomous, and outcomes-driven—comfortable leading projects with limited structure.
- You think like a builder, act like an owner, and communicate like a product manager.
- You thrive in startups: ambiguity excites you, pivots don’t scare you, and you prioritize speed over perfection.
- You believe AI is a power tool, not a novelty—and you’re already using it to make your work better and faster.
- You’re comfortable translating between customer needs and technical systems, and enjoy being at the intersection of product, engineering, and sales.
