Codec is hiring a Solution Architect to shape our solution strategy and serve as the primary technical counterpart to clients. In this role, you will own the technical vision, manage scope and risks, and steer multi-team delivery, commercials, and roadmap, while remaining hands-on where it counts.

What You'll Do

Define target architectures on Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE, producing option papers with cost, benefit, and licensing impacts alongside a pragmatic adoption path.
Own technical scope, estimates, and assumptions; run change control; set quality gates and non-functional requirements; and orchestrate partner and offshore teams.
Lead C-suite and business workshops, aligning competing technical priorities and communicating risk and trade-offs clearly.
Shape bids, statements of work, delivery plans, and commercials; support account growth with value cases and phased roadmaps.
Approve patterns for Azure integration (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus), identity (Azure AD/OAuth), and data governance.
Design environment topology, data loss prevention policies, and solution layering; enforce CI/CD standards and release cadence.
Partner with data teams on reporting; assess Copilot/AI opportunities and responsible-use guidelines.
Ensure the team produces and adheres to standards for admin guides, runbooks, support models, and operational KPIs.
Mentor Senior Consultants, build standards, and turn lessons learned into reusable assets.

What We're Looking For

10+ years across consulting or enterprise delivery with proven ownership of multi-workstream programs.
A prior Architect title or clear equivalent experience.
Excellent facilitation, executive communication, conflict resolution, and decision paper skills.
Strong capability in estimation, authoring statements of work, margin awareness, and practical knowledge of D365/Power Platform licensing impacts.
Expertise in Dataverse modelling, integration and security patterns, and non-functional design for performance, availability, and accessibility.
Deep experience with environment strategy, data loss prevention, layered solutions, and release governance.

Nice to Have

Experience with Power Pages governance.
Business Intelligence for operational reporting.
Background in regulated industries.
Experience with modern delivery frameworks like Scrum or Scaled Agile.
