Shape the future of enterprise solutions by leading technical direction and architectural design across Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. In this role, you'll define target architectures, evaluate technical trade-offs, and deliver clear option papers that balance capability, cost, and compliance. You'll own end-to-end technical scope, set non-functional requirements, and enforce quality standards across delivery teams—including partners and offshore resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and validate solution architectures on Power Platform and D365 CE, including integration patterns using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus.
- Lead technical workshops with executive stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable roadmaps and phased delivery plans.
- Establish environment strategies, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and layered solution governance to support secure, scalable deployments.
- Drive consistency in CI/CD practices, release management, and operational readiness, ensuring teams follow approved standards.
- Collaborate with data specialists to enable operational reporting and explore responsible use of AI and Copilot features.
- Contribute to commercial discussions by shaping statements of work, estimating effort, and advising on licensing implications.
- Mentor senior consultants, refine architectural patterns, and turn project insights into reusable frameworks.
What You Bring
You have over a decade of experience in enterprise consulting or delivery roles, with a proven track record leading multi-team technical programmes. You’ve held architect-level responsibility and can demonstrate ownership of complex solution designs from concept through deployment.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to align technical and business stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and communicate risks clearly.
- Deep understanding of Dataverse, identity management (AAD/OAuth), and secure integration patterns.
- Experience estimating delivery effort, shaping commercial proposals, and managing margin considerations.
- Familiarity with regulated environments, modern delivery frameworks like Scrum or Scaled Agile, and governance for Power Pages and operational BI is a plus.
