Principal Consultant, Integrated Health Solutions
Work directly with hospital organizations across Greece to identify operational challenges and co-develop solutions that enhance patient care, staff efficiency, and organizational performance. This role is central to shaping and executing strategic transformations, ensuring measurable improvements across healthcare delivery systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assess healthcare operations, define strategic priorities, and build data-driven business cases for change
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, managing timelines, deliverables, and implementation quality from initial analysis through to execution
- Develop high-impact content and solution frameworks that address complex healthcare challenges
- Support team development by mentoring colleagues and promoting skill advancement within the consulting group
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the consulting portfolio
- Share insights across the organization, strengthening internal knowledge and supporting a global network of client solutions
Qualifications
A relevant Master’s degree with strong academic performance is required. Candidates should bring several years of experience in strategy consulting, Big 4 advisory, healthcare consulting, or over a decade in healthcare operations. Demonstrated success in leading full-cycle transformation projects is essential.
Fluency in both English and Greek is mandatory. A solid grasp of healthcare systems, stakeholder dynamics, and program management—including planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination—is expected. Familiarity with healthcare policy, delivery models, or hospital operations is highly beneficial.
Additional language skills are considered an asset.
Work Environment
This position is based in Greece, with a hybrid model allowing for a mix of on-site and remote work depending on project needs. Regular travel within Greece and occasional trips across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa are part of the role.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is between 56,240.00 EUR and 84,360.00 EUR. Eligibility for the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP) provides opportunity for short-term performance-based rewards.
