Role Overview
This position leads the global Recruiting Coordination function and serves as the central contact for managing temporary workforce hiring. The specialist ensures smooth, compliant operations across U.S. and EMEA recruiting teams, overseeing background checks, vendor partnerships, and full-cycle recruitment with an emphasis on candidate engagement and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define business needs and shape ideal candidate profiles
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and candidate recommendations
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews at various hiring stages
- Administer skill evaluations when required to assess candidate fit
- Support the development and refinement of job postings
- Negotiate employment terms, including compensation and conditions
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles
- Advise HR and leadership on market trends, talent insights, and effective hiring strategies
