Applied Intuition is hiring a Solutions Architect to help architect and manage complex engineering projects, identify gaps, and implement best practices for our automotive customers. In this role, you will collaborate intensely with customers and internal experts to implement solutions for customer pain points and manage large-scale engagements.
What You'll Do
- Define project milestones and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for projects relating to vehicle platforms, ADAS, and software-defined vehicles.
- Evaluate project timings with customers and adjust resource needs for customer pursuits based on their requirements and feedback.
- Execute projects as the single point of contact, track progress, and ensure successful completion of all milestones, metrics, and final deliverables.
- Continuously engage customers to understand further pain points and areas for more project engagements.
- Help execute release plans for software and hardware components, coordinating with engineering teams.
- Provide regular touch points with internal teams to update on customer use cases and workflows not yet covered by current software solutions.
- Serve as a vital point of contact for customers, understanding requirements and providing regular updates.
- Coordinate internal and external teams, facilitate communication, and align technical roadmaps.
- Ensure technical alignment between customer needs and solutions, supporting integration and validation.
- Drive problem-solving and decision-making across teams to resolve project issues.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of industry knowledge in vehicle SW development & production processes.
- Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
- Prior experience delivering complex OEM projects at an OEM or an Automotive Tier 1.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Willingness to travel abroad to support project needs (up to 10%).
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the technology related to Applied’s product portfolio and verticals.
- Knowledge in both software and hardware aspects of software development and testing, such as high-performance computing and real-time test systems.
- Experience managing a team of engineers in a leadership role.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $150,000 - $242,000 USD annually + equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units.
