Technica Engineering GmbH is hiring a Test Manager / Product Owner (m/w/d) to own the development and quality of a remote update function. You will work within the Functional Integration department, bridging the gap between requirement definition and rigorous testing.
What You'll Do
- Define and prioritize product requirements for the remote update function as the Product Owner.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the entire testing process as the Test Manager.
- Develop test strategies, create test cases, and manage test execution.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyze test results, report on quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a dual Test Manager and Product Owner role, preferably in automotive or embedded systems.
- Strong expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Ability to define clear product requirements and manage a product backlog.
- Excellent analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Work Mode
This position offers a hybrid work model, with office days in Wolfsburg, Niedersachsen. Remote work is part of the arrangement.
