My Money Matters is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own how we position, package and launch our financial services proposition to market. You will join the dots between product, marketing and sales to drive the delivery and uptake of every product and feature.
What You'll Do
- Own the value proposition for each feature and product.
- Translate product features into clear member benefits and compelling use cases.
- Develop positioning frameworks, messaging hierarchies and narrative structures.
- Write crisp, persuasive copy that makes complex financial products accessible.
- Work with sales and customer success to create internal and external collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, explainer content, web copy).
- Create internal training materials so the team becomes product experts.
- Own the end-to-end launch process for new products and features.
- Actively take all internal stakeholders on the journey.
- Coordinate across product, marketing, sales and operations for seamless rollouts.
- Help define success metrics and tracking for each launch.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in product marketing.
- An exceptional writer who makes complex financial products clear and compelling.
- Natural storyteller who understands how to position products for different audiences.
- Strong commercial acumen, you understand what drives revenue and customer value.
- Highly numerate to measure potential and performance of our propositions.
- Hands-on executor who can write the pitch deck and landing pages.
- Collaborative - you are the glue between product, sales and marketing teams.
- Understanding of UK financial services landscape and customer needs.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally within financial services, fintech or B2B SaaS.
