Remote is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve key product areas at the intersection of user needs, business growth, and technical execution. You'll be responsible for defining product direction and delivering impactful outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute product strategy for core product areas, aligning customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Lead complex initiatives within your product area, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes from discovery through execution.
- Break down ambiguous problems within your product area, using customer insight and data to inform clear product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on priorities, requirements, and trade-offs.
- Drive the roadmap and product development process with a bias toward learning, iteration, and measurable results.
- Contribute to strong product practices by sharing insights, learnings, and best practices with peers.
- Represent your product area in stakeholder discussions with a strong user-centric perspective.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with experience owning and delivering products end-to-end.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance big-picture goals and detailed execution.
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional efforts with significant technical and user complexity.
- Fluency in customer discovery, product validation, and data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across teams and levels of seniority.
- Comfort working in dynamic, fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
- A strong sense of ownership and collaboration, with the ability to influence without authority.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with teams in fintech, financial services, or compliance-regulated environments.
- Background with products involving real-time systems and high-throughput messaging.
- Familiarity with financial markets, futures trading, or trading platforms.
- Experience with teams during high-growth phases or organizational change.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $165,000-$195,000
