Samsung Austin Semiconductor is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Marketing - Creative Ads Strategy. At Samsung Ads, we're redefining the future of digital advertising by connecting brands with audiences in innovative ways. In this senior individual contributor role, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and executing the B2B product marketing portfolio for Samsung Ads' upper-funnel video solutions, creating scalable, strategic offerings that package Samsung's tools into must-buy solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead B2B Product Marketing for Samsung cross-portfolio offerings, serving as the primary point of contact for 360-degree offerings and working with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute strong go-to-market strategies that drive B2B Samsung custom scalable solutions offerings, refining the team's overall product strategy from conception to recurring buys.
- Package new and existing offerings that meet customer business objectives by distilling complex products into easy-to-understand offerings and combining products to create a flywheel effect.
- Build and refine value propositions by creating clear, compelling narratives for each Samsung Upper Funnel offering, incorporating industry and market intelligence.
- Define the Samsung Product Arc by working with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Insights to build clear 'sales ready' turnkey programs, including cases, claims, and benchmarks.
- Partner cross-functionally daily with Product Managers, Product Strategy, Marketing, and Sales to bring offerings to life and provide informed recommendations on offering steer and deployment.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience leading advertising-related product marketing programs, with majority spent in media, programmatic, sponsorship, and/or technology-related ad sales.
- At least 5+ years of experience in upper funnel video solution building, with deep knowledge in reach, awareness, roadblocks, audiences, client expectations, outcomes, and industry standard pricing and bundling concepts.
- Experience leading the full lifecycle of B2B, ads, or content product marketing development, from early-stage partnership to general availability.
- Proven track record of successfully developing, launching, deploying, and accelerating adoption of new products within the CTV, programmatic, sponsorship, or advertising space.
- Outstanding cross-functional relationship skills, particularly with Product, Engineering, L&D, Monetization, and Sales teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis, basic 3rd party market research, and crafting product arc narratives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (product, marketing, business, media, etc).
Nice to Have
- Strong market landscape knowledge with direct experience at or with leading media, CTV/OTT advertising platforms, or related programmatic platforms (e.g., Meta, Netflix, Google, Amazon, Apple, Pinterest, Disney, Roku, TikTok, etc).
- Familiarity with Samsung Ads products, including programmatic and direct offerings, device capabilities, and Samsung TV+ upper funnel offerings.
- Data-driven approach, using data and metrics regularly to understand product adoption, quantify feedback and performance, and assess commercial impact.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong written and verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills.
- Strong operator: Exceptionally organized and operationally-focused.
Team & Environment
This role is part of the Commercialization team and reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing.
