Responsibilities
- Partner with developers, analysts, and functional testers to build automated test cases
- Develop comprehensive end-to-end automation workflows in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams, document defects, and assist in resolving issues
- Work alongside QA leads and test engineers to shape, refine, and advocate for enterprise-wide testing strategies
- Design and carry out test cases based on user stories, ensuring coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements
- Conduct data verification using advanced SQL queries and tools such as Query Analyzer or Redgate
- Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks tailored for middleware, API, and data-tier components
- Organize and carry out regression testing aligned with release or change cycles
- Deliver accurate testing effort estimates and adhere to project timelines
- Collaborate with delivery teams or business units to diagnose root causes of software defects
- Identify and implement improvements in test processes and delivery efficiency
- Remain up to date with emerging technologies and take on ad hoc tasks to support project goals
