As a Territory Sales Representative and Restaurant Specialist, you'll act as a trusted advisor to independent eateries and small businesses, introducing them to a modern suite of tools designed to simplify operations and drive growth. You’ll navigate every stage of the sales journey—from initial outreach to post-sale support—while building lasting relationships within your local market.
What You’ll Do
- Travel throughout your assigned territory to engage with business owners, understand their challenges, and present tailored technology solutions
- Guide prospects through the entire sales process, from cold outreach to closing deals on point-of-sale systems, payment processing, and profit-optimizing software
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by identifying new opportunities and expanding your client base
- Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success
- Stay sharp by embracing feedback, refining your approach, and adapting to the evolving needs of small business operators
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of B2B sales experience, particularly with small businesses, restaurants, or merchant services
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets in a metrics-driven environment
- Proficiency in prospecting, cold calling, and managing a growing sales pipeline
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and clearly communicate their real-world benefits
- Self-motivated mindset with a commitment to accountability and continuous improvement
Preferred Background
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Experience maintaining client relationships post-sale in partnership with support teams

Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a base salary of $40,000 with the potential for total annual earnings between $120,000 and $275,000, combining commissions, bonuses, and incentives. Additional compensation elements include RSUs and weekly, monthly, and retention-based performance rewards.
