Responsibilities
- Create and execute sales plans that support market growth and align with the Dual Brand Initiative.
- Pursue new business opportunities, product expansions, and untapped market potential in the assigned region.
- Promote teamwork and communication across internal departments and with Umdasch Group entities.
- Uphold and promote organizational culture and core principles (we-Feel, we-Think, we-Do) in all interactions.
- Assist in locating and recruiting new sales professionals to strengthen regional capacity.
- Manage all stages of the sales process, from lead generation to customer retention and key account management.
- Strengthen client relationships through consistent in-person or virtual site visits and proactive outreach.
- Lead local marketing activities and campaigns in coordination with the central Marketing team.
- Evaluate and set competitive pricing for new and used formwork and scaffolding based on regional market conditions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using smartCRM.
- Work closely with Customer Service to manage quotes, pricing, order fulfillment, and delivery logistics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including sanctions screening and proper resolution of customer complaints.
- Support regional sales planning, forecasting, budget development, and weekly reporting.
- Align operations with Doka country teams on Dual Brand initiatives and access internal support resources.
- Provide market intelligence from the region to inform supply chain decisions and business development strategies.
- Contribute to organizational growth by sharing best practices and regional insights.
