Canon is hiring a Territory Sales Representative (Bilingual English and French)

About the Role

This role involves identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships within a specific region, using fluency in both English and French to support customer needs and promote product adoption through consultative selling techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within an assigned geographic area
  • Conduct client meetings to assess business needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing, and market trends
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Track and report sales activities and forecast revenue accurately
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer insights
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Manage a CRM system to document customer interactions and sales progress
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
  • Support customer onboarding and post-sale follow-up when needed
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely manner
  • Stay informed about competitor offerings and market dynamics
  • Coordinate with technical specialists for complex solution proposals
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct during client engagements
  • Adapt communication style to suit diverse client backgrounds
