Medtronic is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to develop and maintain our Embolisation, Deep Venous, Peripheral Vascular, and Superficial venous portfolio across Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding financial and non-financial targets in your defined territory through strategic account management and clinical support.
What You'll Do
- Analyze the marketplace and develop an effective territory and account sales strategy for North and South Ireland.
- Perform all sales activities, from product presentation to complex contract negotiation.
- Build strong and lasting business relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
- Monitor current tenders and prepare submissions with internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical and clinical support to customers, including physicians and consultants.
- Conduct and monitor asset management for consignment and other stock levels.
- Participate in and support clinical procedures until therapy is established within your territory.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Engineering, Life-Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Biology, or another advanced field.
- Strong selling experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry with a consistent record of over-plan performance.
- Experience providing advanced clinical case support for complex conditions.
- Proven ability to run national-level education programs.
- Thorough knowledge of customer decision-making processes, including economic buyers, reimbursement, ICBs, and NHS Supply Chain.
- A valid Driving Licence.
