Shape the future of sustainable food packaging in Northwest France as a Territory Sales Manager. This role is central to expanding our presence by building lasting relationships with food industry clients—from small producers to large manufacturers. You’ll take ownership of sales performance across printed films, flexible bags, and custom label solutions, driving growth through strategic customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing accounts
- Develop annual sales strategies, manage budgets, and interpret market trends to guide decision-making
- Use CRM tools effectively to track customer interactions, visits, and sales activities
- Collect market intelligence, customer insights, and feedback to inform product development and sales approaches
- Collaborate with quality management to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing to refine sales tactics
- Work closely with sales leadership to negotiate special terms and pricing
- Maintain direct lines to technical, production, and logistics teams for fast, customer-focused solutions
What You Bring
- Minimum of three years in B2B sales with a proven ability to build trust and close deals
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English
- Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally
- Strong alignment with plastic packaging solutions and the ability to communicate their value passionately
- Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and a track record of goal-oriented performance
Preferred Background
- Experience in packaging, particularly for food applications
- Working knowledge of Italian is an advantage
