About the Role

The individual in this role will lead sales efforts for truck tires within a designated territory, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region
  • Manage relationships with fleet operators and tire dealers
  • Conduct regular field visits to customer locations and distribution centers
  • Present product benefits and technical specifications to decision-makers
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
  • Collaborate with marketing to align field activities with campaigns
  • Gather market intelligence and share insights with leadership
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust outreach strategies accordingly
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and support
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve product-related inquiries
  • Report sales performance metrics on a regular basis
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Support product training for distribution partners
  • Participate in industry trade shows and networking events
  • Drive adoption of new tire technologies among existing clients
  • Work with operations to ensure reliable supply chain fulfillment
  • Advocate for customer needs internally
  • Promote safety and compliance standards in all interactions
