About the Role
The individual in this role will lead sales efforts for truck tires within a designated territory, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region
- Manage relationships with fleet operators and tire dealers
- Conduct regular field visits to customer locations and distribution centers
- Present product benefits and technical specifications to decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with marketing to align field activities with campaigns
- Gather market intelligence and share insights with leadership
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust outreach strategies accordingly
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and support
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve product-related inquiries
- Report sales performance metrics on a regular basis
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Support product training for distribution partners
- Participate in industry trade shows and networking events
- Drive adoption of new tire technologies among existing clients
- Work with operations to ensure reliable supply chain fulfillment
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Promote safety and compliance standards in all interactions
