Green Revolution seeks a Senior Territory Sales Manager to lead retail sell-in and sell-through for our CBD wellness products in the West Super Territory. This is a hands-on, full-time, remote field role for an experienced CPG or CBD salesperson who excels at building a territory from the ground up, based in the Portland, OR area.
What You'll Do
- Build and refine a target list of priority chains and independents in WA, OR, CA, and CO.
- Lead outreach to buyers and category managers at natural grocery, regional/national grocery, pharmacies, drug chains, and vitamin/specialty wellness retailers.
- Secure line review meetings, present the Green Revolution story, and close new distribution deals.
- Negotiate pricing, promo plans, and introductory programs within defined guardrails.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed vendor agreements and opening orders.
- Coordinate samples, sell sheets, COAs, and compliance documentation for new accounts.
- Support store-level execution, including initial merchandising and ongoing checks on shelf presence and pricing.
- Plan and execute in-store demos or staff trainings to drive trial and education.
- Track and report on doors opened, orders, reorders, and promotion performance in CRM.
- Provide regular feedback to leadership on retailer needs, pricing, promo performance, and product gaps.
- Partner with marketing on retail support tools like POS, displays, social posts, and local programs.
- Give input into forecasting and inventory planning based on pipeline and sell-through trends.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $50,000 to $70,000 USD base salary.
- Travel and expense reimbursement.
