About the Role

Lonza Biologics Inc. is looking for a Territory Sales Manager - Capsule & Health Ingredients (CHI) to manage strategic accounts in Eastern Europe. You'll be responsible for identifying business opportunities to grow market share in the hard empty capsule market, collaborating closely with internal teams to drive profitable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage sales and generate new business by expanding the customer base through regular customer visits.
  • Generate and close new business opportunities by promoting current and emerging technologies.
  • Identify market trends, assess market potential, and develop strategies to grow CHI’s market share in the Pharma segment.
  • Support the execution of operational excellence projects to sustain profitable revenue growth and strong market share.
  • Actively listen to customers’ needs to meet implicit and explicit expectations.
  • Provide timely customer support, define ad-hoc plans, and coordinate with internal resources to secure a preferred supplier position.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or a life sciences field.
  • A proven track record in sales of pharmaceutical products, specifically APIs, primary packaging for the pharma industry, or excipients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com.
  • Business proficient English is essential.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with gelatin capsules.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.
