At iRhythm Technologies, we're looking for a Territory Manager for the St. Louis, Missouri (South) area to expand the adoption of our Zio Patch platform. This field-based role is focused on building lasting clinical partnerships and driving growth across major health systems.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, develop, and close new business by securing support from electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and other clinical stakeholders.
- Target key institutions to generate market awareness and drive sales within your assigned territory.
- Perform sales presentations to key prospects to influence the adoption of Zio.
- Consistently achieve your territory sales goals and objectives.
- Build advocacy and champions within facilities to help drive the business.
- Enhance iRhythm's relationships with providers through strategic partnership with our payer relations and billing teams.
- Develop and execute on a pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Partner with facilities to manage existing service business, including workflow, inventory, and product usage.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to manage sales leads, daily activity, reporting, and provide timely feedback.
- Cultivate a business plan and formulate sales strategies to attain revenue goals.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify market opportunities and establish annual sales objectives.
- Promote iRhythm as a leader in cardiac diagnostics and monitoring.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- At least 3 years in medical device sales.
- Demonstrated success in strategic sales planning and execution.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- A highly adaptable, collaborative, and driven professional.
- Comfort with travel, including overnight stays and occasional weekend commitments.
Nice to Have
- Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
- Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
