Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the disease area, clinical evidence, and current treatment protocols.
- Create and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that supports brand strategy and sales targets.
- Promote appropriate product use and increase adoption among targeted medical professionals.
- Evaluate regional trends, customer requirements, and competitor actions to uncover growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, call volume goals, and key product launch benchmarks.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting and CRM recordkeeping.
- Design and carry out strategic sales calls by turning data into meaningful, customer-centric actions.
- Show curiosity, flexibility, and a willingness to embrace new ideas and innovative engagement methods.
- Use sound business judgment to interpret market conditions and inform planning decisions.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clinicians, office personnel, and decision influencers.
- Communicate clinical information, product benefits, access details, and patient identification clearly and in compliance with regulations.
- Deliver high-impact, professional product presentations and respond to inquiries with authority and accuracy.
- Work with customers to overcome access challenges and improve patient initiation rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and enhance the overall experience while maintaining compliance.
- Coordinate with field colleagues such as Reimbursement Managers and Regional Directors to meet customer and territory goals.
- Exchange insights, lessons learned, and effective strategies with leadership and internal departments.
- Report timely market feedback, customer observations, and competitive intelligence.
- Participate in regional events, product launches, and company-supported programs.
- Act with integrity and adhere to all company policies, industry standards, and legal guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism, responsibility, and ethical behavior in every customer interaction.
- Reflect core company values including collaboration, integrity, quality, trust, and urgency in daily activities.
