PCX Corporation is looking for a Territory Manager to drive revenue growth by prospecting and acquiring new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The territory covers the Indiana and Western Ohio region, and candidates must reside in these areas.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Present products and services to potential clients through effective demonstrations and sales pitches.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements, pricing, and contracts to secure deals.
- Close sales and achieve targets by understanding customer requirements and addressing concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM software.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and objectives set by sales leadership.
- Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills through training and self-development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations in all sales activities.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or with comparable products or services.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Work Mode
This is a local position requiring residence in the Indiana and Western Ohio territory.
