Boston Scientific was looking for a Territory Manager, IC

Boston Scientific is hiring a Territory Manager, IC to increase sales revenue by developing new accounts and expanding product adoption with current customers within a geographic territory. What You'll Do

  • Schedule sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill assigned revenue and unit growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies by analyzing product, competition, and pricing to promote products effectively to hospital personnel and physicians.
  • Create action plans by reviewing sales figures and reports, identifying account needs, and discussing issues with your Regional Sales Manager to achieve annual goals.
  • Determine customer needs, goals, and product usage by meeting with and questioning physicians and hospital staff.
  • Observe actual procedures in hospital labs and operating rooms to understand specific physician and staff nuances.
  • Establish pricing packages by working with relevant personnel to satisfy both customer needs and company guidelines.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative solutions or collaborating with other teams.
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts and identify key purchasing decision-makers.
  • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations.

What We're Looking For

  • A developing professional with working knowledge and practical application of business and technical concepts, procedures, and practices.
  • General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
  • A general understanding of business unit/group functions.
  • The ability to exercise judgment when interpreting company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

Team & Environment

You will report directly to a Regional Sales Manager.
