Sentec is hiring a Territory Manager

About the Role

Sentec is hiring a Territory Manager to lead the management and sales of our respiratory care products within the Greater Pittsburgh region. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, from building a pipeline to providing customer education.

What You'll Do

  • Sell capital and disposable products.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through qualified leads, referrals, and outreach methods.
  • Develop strong customer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including sales proposals, RFPs, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Provide in-service education, training, and technical support.
  • Provide timely feedback on market conditions.
  • Adhere to budget guidelines and support industry trade shows.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Science, Respiratory Therapy, Business, Management, Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience selling medical devices directly to hospitals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and contract management skills.
  • Ability to develop accurate forecasts and execute tactical sales plans.
  • Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and must obtain any/all required vaccinations as appropriate for vendor credentialing.

  • Experience with achieving sales success through the “concept selling” process.
