Freudenberg Residential Filtration Technologies Inc. is hiring a Territory Head – GIT HI East (F/M/D) to lead sales and business growth for the region. In this role, you will focus on customer relationships in Heavy Industry, sales forecasting, payment collection, and strategy implementation, driving value selling and market segment growth through collaboration with channel partners and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a loyal customer base through services, technical support, and relationship management.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional departments (CSS, Logistics, Q&A, Finance, Production, Customers, CP) to ensure sales and service commitments.
- Achieve the planned sales forecast for the year for both the Klüber and OKS brands.
- Ensure timely payment collection from direct and channel partners.
- Maintain an adequately filled CRM Opportunity pipeline.
- Properly implement the strategy for Heavy Industry.
- Conduct sufficient customer visits and maintain CRM discipline (work schedules, call reports, new opportunities).
- Monitor marketing-generated leads and maximize conversion to sales.
- Inculcate a culture of Value selling in the area.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for business growth.
- Ensure desired growth across all market segments.
- Work hand-in-hand with all channel partners in the area, supporting them for business growth through available team members to achieve goals.
- Motivate and train channel partner engineers.
- Focus on OEMs in the region to secure a place in their lube charts.
- Organize customer seminars and tech days in the region.
- Focus on price rise, price effect, and cross-selling of products.
- Focus on energy efficiency projects, sustainability, and digitization projects.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Chemical.
- 10-12 years of sales experience in Industrial lubricants, MRO products, Welding electrodes, Bearings, or other Industrial fields.
- Good Technical Knowledge.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Motivation skills.
- Proven success in Meeting sales goals.
- Negotiation skills.
- Sales planning experience.
- Skill in Building relationships.
- Ability to Manage processes.
