CrowdStrike is looking for a Technical Alliance Manager to maximize relationships and growth within our strategic technology alliances. You will act as the key liaison between CrowdStrike, our partners, and internal teams to drive engagement, enablement, and revenue through co-sell opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Own the overall relationship with select Technology Partners and drive their motivation to generate pipeline for CrowdStrike.
- Run a regular cadence of meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Create and align peer-peer relationships as wide and deep as possible.
- Stay informed of the partners' changing business strategy, roadmap, and sales priorities and communicate these internally.
- Create and maintain a business plan summarizing the overall partner strategy, goals, and methods for delivery.
- Plan and execute activities with Regional Account Managers to encourage opportunity referrals.
- Maintain KPI measures for partner performance, analyzing leading indicators to propose corrective action.
- Engage with Regional Alliance Managers (RAM) Leaders to develop sales engagement strategies and effective enablement.
- Work with RAMs to encourage adoption of the Technology Alliance referral program and active partner engagement.
- Facilitate sales introductions for Tech Partners through the RAM organization.
- Engage with Integration build teams to align a roadmap of new integrations with business plans.
- Ensure internal resources, particularly Partner and Product Marketing, are aligned with the agreed strategy and business plan.
- Align product roadmaps and messaging with named partners to open up and maintain paths to market for revenue-generating activities.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in cybersecurity sales, partnership management, or business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to network multiple levels within a partner up to C-Level.
- Ability to create and deliver value propositions and influence key decision makers.
- Comfortable working remotely, at CrowdStrike offices, or at partner locations.
- Approximately 25% travel during normal working conditions.
- Written and spoken business level German and English.

You will be part of the CrowdStrike Alliances Team, working closely with Regional Alliance Managers (RAMs), Regional Account Managers, Integration build teams, and Partner and Product Marketing.
